In automotive applications in particular, vertical orientation of the damper is not always possible. A diaphragm integrated inside the pressure tube makes the standard HD24/29 a true multi-talent. The STAB-O-SHOC HD24/29 MB combines the advantages of the bottom valve with the non-specific mounting orientation and is, consequently, the engine and belt tensioning seat damper of choice. Another plus: Arranging the diaphragm behind the bottom valve gives the HD24/29 MB its small outer diameter.
